i think this is normal?

hey all...my plant is in veg state and there is a set of leaves coming in that are good leaves but look a little odd...k so near the stem where the leaf starts its a yellowish-green color and towards the end a normal green color like my other leafs...is this just casue its stil growing or is it something i need to fix?
