i think i have a runt help?

Morning all,

ok so my baby is about 18days in the soil(from sprout)

and dosen't seem to be doing well. a close friend of mine who is on his 3rd small hydro grow said that my plant looks "incredibly small and unhealthy"

i'm using 2 45Watt CFL's and a 75watt WARM florescent

about 2inches from the plant.

i am watering about every 2 day's depending on soil moister about 2 inches down.(finger test)

No nutes, using distilled tap water(boiled+cooled+covered)

i have my plant growing in a small makeshift closet were i try to keep the temps between 75 - 82 (no AC just fan)

basically i want to get other peoples honest opinions on my baby, im worried about it!

please any input would be lovely

PS. the small sprout leaves a wilted and yellow! and my new shade leaves seem to be a very light green. PIC's included

what kind of cfl`s are they. need daylight or soft white, the bluer the better.what for soil?

and im using shultz potting soil plus for flowering plants

seem`s like they need nitrogen mabee.i`m new at this but have done lots of readin and have an old rounder for advice.

well i am going out today to buy ph tester nutes and phup and down bonz do you know a good thread the lists nute's by price and how good they are?

also if a pro can verify bonz nitrogen theory is there a home remedy?

most nutes are the same. i like worm casting`s, bout an inch or so on top of dirt,abbsorbs as you water it`s high in nitrigen.also use earth juice bloom at begining of flower ( weak mix ) then bout 15 days later a bit stronger mix.also use folvic acid to help drink the nutes. when chosing nutes just watch the n-p k values.i just posted some pictures of my first grow check em out se how mine are doing with this method (i`m new to )
