i think i have a magnesium deficiency

I know im supposed to use epsom salts, but I dont have any atm. I do have magnesium oxide pills, could I use those to fix my plants deficiency?

Improper doses of Epsom salts will kill your plants.

Do it right and get some calmag or live without it.
A good possibility is all you need to do is flush.
