sounds like your getting stressed big time.
if something has affected your balance or nervous system ie a virous or a condition
like diabetes it could affect you like u say. the more you stress about it the worse it will get.
your mind is a powerful thing.
get yourself checked out properly and stop worrying

just see your doctor man, this once happened to me and it lasted a few days.. I wasnt high but something was off big time.. it was a bit of an experiment and I think it had to do with plastic fumes or something.

Can you explain that particular smoking event for us?

Maybe you need some peace of mind man, I promise you arent going to be permanently damaged. just cill, get some sleep :) CLEAR your mind, maybe stress in your life?

I am experiencing pretty much exactly the same thing. It has been 2 months since my incident. I had done it twice before, the second time was the night before this all started.
The following day I ingested a small amount of weed, it was lemon haze apparently.
I have been experiencing similar feelings of unreality since then, like a permanent semi-high affecting mostly vision, sometimes audio.
It has gotten better since it started, but gets worse every so often and I have panic attacks, often linked with exams and stress. I am a teenager btw, so I am finding this very scary and have already sought a doctor.
In your case--
Has it gone away?
How long did it take to fully go away?
What can I do to speed up my recovery process?
Does anyone know the reasons for it?
I am never touching drugs again and only want my REAL life back in its full.

Your fine dude. I used to have the same thing happening to me. I understand your feeling of a weird conscious or state of being after getting super baked. It's just cause your body wasn't ready for the session you put on. I smoke every day now and honestly, I agree with one of the above dudes that it just made you see things in a different manner afterwards. You might just be craving the herb!..

Clearly you are troubled by the symptoms.
So i would see an md to rule out the usual suspects. Ie blood test etc.. if that is no help maybe
A psych doc will recognize the problem. Whatever it is its different and could be easily remedied. Or?

Funny, a ghost account bumping this thread and asking this thread's creator, who is also a ghost account, questions.

Don't panic just yet, worriedmatt1, I'm sure you'll be okay, lol.

actually-

this is common! the weed you have smoke is referred to as "wet", and unfortunately for you, has been sprayed with PCP.

have fun!

Hey op, I think I might know what's going on with you. I eperienced the same thing only with another drug. You may have a form of anxiety or a personality disorder that cannabis CAN bring out in you.

If you wanna tell me what other symptoms you have, I can help you a little more. Google depersonalization disorder. And don't worry because most of it is in your head. Try not to worry about it too much and you'll be golden :)

Thank you, I am just so scared it will never go away, and I have important exams coming up but for the last 2 months its been a plague on my life and occupies every spare thought I have. It's been 60 days, can you guess how long it will be until I feel normal again? Especially if it was laced with PCP?

@dolofarmer wait so the sensation of being permanently high went away didn't it? I'm never doing it again but will it fade completely and disappear?

Just start exercising. Any THC that is still in your fat cells will go away with moderate exercise. You didn't smoke PCP. Nobody is going to waste their money lacing a cheap product with an expensive product. Exercise and eat right and you'll be looking back and laughing about this in no time.

Thank you so much neosapien. I ate a few pieces of it, and had a fairly bad trip. I guess exercising is a good thing one way or another! I can't wait to feel normal again, life just hasn't been the same.
