I smoked the best I’ve ever tasted last weekend

Honestly I haven’t tried any straw nana , wedding cake, or the m.a.c yet. I don’t think I’ve even smoked cookies either. They could be better than what I tried last weekend.

When I took sips off that raw filter cone last weekend, it tasted like purest finest Morraccan hash. Not like flower. Just kief! But it was just bomb flower from Ohio. I don’t know if maybe he dried it in a cedar or sandlewood box or what!? I had to ask what strain it was.

No. There have been more than a few good tasting flowers i have grown or tried.

But not much compares to the original skunk we had back then.

I will guess deadhead og or a blue lemon thai stand out as delicious strains i grew.

I have s-1’s of stella blue dream that are always really fruity.

And a badly hermied medical seeds sour diesel was amazing. Good sour diesel is another great flavor.

And i had a critical mass turn out like pure skunky pinapple once.

But i grow a new plant every week or two for variety. I have tried so many.

You gonna say the strain you tasted?

I have tried those strains... it’s funny how that sour d x sfv og has so many names. Pisces genetics did it once too and I thought that the motor breath was better than the deadhead even though it’s the same cross.

I have my favorite strains as keepers. SFV OG, Gg4, Colorado blue dream(I’d prolly trade it for the Santa Cruz blue dream), and the legit clone only green crack. These are my favorites.

But I was blown away by the strain I tried last weekend! The hype is real on it!

I promise to tell y’all tomorrow what it is. Before then I’d really appreciate some more guesses. It’s nice to see the Michigan thread active again.

Nice guess. I heard them Ohio boy love the pie. I had it once for awhile and appreciated the insanely unique loud terpene profile, but decided to let it go because it was too stinky. That cherry pie would make everything else around it taste like pie.

It was up there with the top strains I’ve tasted... before last weekend!!!

what do you recommend for a low odor grow resinhead? i can't do anything too stinky again.. my last grow was some gg4 beans i was gifted, and holy crap, way too loud for my current setup..
also, i agree, it's nice to see this section some what busy again, i remember a time when it was almost always at the top of the new thread page.. although i'm not from the mitten, i like to think i'v met a lot of good people from that neck of the woods on this here forum over the years and used to frequent this page often as a result..

Yes! Michigan thread was a fun place to be online. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet a few people off here irl also. Even got blessed with my favorite plants ever from a connection here at riu. Everyone who used to post interesting reads is long gone.

Low Oder strains.... I don’t have too much experience with. I know New World Seeds based here locally had one that they recommend for low odor. Can’t remember the strain name, but the man who owns the company knows his stuff and has been around the world collecting strains since before my time. They specialize in South African sativas.

Yes that glue has a permeating funk that lingers. I love it and can’t let it go. I’ve gotten compliments from the mail man on that funk. Cherry pie smelled even stronger to the point it was almost nauseating.

GMO / also known as Garlic Cookies is the strain that wowed me last weekend. Clones have been available at genotype a2 the past couple weeks. I know it’s a low yeilder, but can’t wait to run it. Best weed I’ve ever tasted in my life! It is awesome.

I have Jordan of the Islands "Black Garlic" seeds, it has garlic cookies in the lineage
