I screwed up. Will this work?

I tied 2 of my plants down about 2 weeks ago and theyve been loving it. Yesterday I tied them down again. Woke up this morning to see my main branch had cracked on one of em...Untied both of them and went to work. Will my homemade splint work? Its almost half of the plant. No pics of the break. Just after i made my splint. How long should i leave it on?

Looks good. Just leave it on a couple weeks.

it should be fine, i'm glad that you did splint it, or else it would have "healed" itself however it was laying after the break. which wouldn't haev hurt the plant, just taken longer ot heal as it is similar to an "open wound"
