i really need help

i really need help.
ok i have t know because i tryed to flower my plant and these were kinda little before , but i need to know what the pistils looking hair on the leaves are and is this a female or male plant it kinda looks like them lil hair type thing that grow when the shoots start because they was kinda small and still are and what is a good time to flower because my plant is 20 inches tall and kinda bushy and what is a good time set for flowering 8/16 or 10/14 or just typical 12/12 i want the flowering to hurry and im impatient lol so any help would be good and i only have a 400w mh and 2 cfls on my giga buddy 1 cfl is almost yellowish/orange and the other is 65000k and my mh is about the same and my mh is above and the 65000k is at the bottom and the orangish /yellow at the middle/top because im trying to get the small shoots at the bottom to grow but my buddy has 13bladed leaves. and the pistils are growing out of the foliage , help please
but like i said it looks like the hair types things that grow when a shoots start on each node. the plant is only 2 months old

sorry bro.. i meant to get back to you the other day and got tied up...

ok its still kind of hard to tell the sex... but i am going to guess itll be a hermie because of that crazy shit your friend had you doing light cycle wise... from reading and personal experince it seems light cycles affect hermification the most... but you wont be able to really tell until about 14 days into 12/12...

you should be fine to flower now... you can tell if you plant is fully mature by the nodes.. are they alternating instead of popping out side by side?? if so than your good to go.. if not you should wait a little longer...

stay with 12/12 to flower... nothing less than 10/14 or more than 14/10 should be used to flower... other wise you risk confusing the plant and getting a hermie... plus the plants still need light to produce bud.. the fewer hours of light they have the less time they have to absorb light.. stick with the tried and true 12/12... wait to play with light cycles and times till you have a little more experience...
