i need to wire socket assembly to plug into my 400w electronic ballast

I have a 400w cool tube and a 400w batwing. I'm on my first grow and 2 wks into 12/12 and I've been using the cool tube only. I would like to make it a dual cool tube by wiring a socket assembly I bought a while back with this in mind. I need it to simply plug into the ballast just as the batwing does. I figured I could find what I needed at lowes but no go. the local electrical supply co.s are huge and seem to cater to big construction and weren't helpful on the phone. I need to know how to do this and where to get the parts. can anyone help?

I really dumbed out. I can just deconstruct the batwing and use its parts to wire up the new socket. thanks Sire you made me snap out of it. the only problems I see is that the cord is not heat resistant and the new socket has no ground. any electricians out there? do I need a ground? how would you suggest I ground the socket housing?

if you have to ask find an electrician, dont want your shit to burn down

i have ran ungrounded lights for bout 2 yrs now, not had a problem yet. but to ground it all u need to do is screw it to the metal not in contact with the socket. socket isn't grounded the housing is.
