I don't have a reliable way to test my soil yet. But, I can at least offer personal recommendations for the water part.

I would start off getting a pH control kit if you don't already have one. You need the acid and base solutions to adjust your water:

After a while of testing your pH using the solution, you could upgrade your testing with these two-piece digital pen testers:

This is cheap Amazon stuff, not professional-grade tools. But, they get the job done for me.

I need to buy something for my ph or whatever I need to test soil and water etc. I see everyone testing soil n water. What do I need. Not to expensive but will do what I need. Can someone let me know what I need pls. One of my girls in flower is getting sick. Thanks.
Need way more info.

What type of soil?
What are you feeding?
What water are you using?
What makes you think the pH is off?

Miracle Grow does seem to get a bad rap for cannabis. I haven't tried it, personally; it seemed there were other options available at the same price.

Going buy their chart when I do feed at half dose. Should I flush with tap water? Going to try to get to lowes tomorrow to get ph kit.

Flushing is kind of an emergency thing, you know. Let me ask you this, are the spots only occurring on leaves closest to your grow light? Or, is it everywhere?

That's good you're getting the pH kit. Every grower worth their stuff checks the pH of their water.

I know there are people on this Forum that could confirm or deny my suspicion. But, if it was a Calcium deficiency, it sounds like a Cal-Mag nurtient might help.

Honestly, tap water can be absolutely disgusting depending on where you are and if it’s municipal. My municipal water is pretty alkaline, sometimes close to 9. Filtered, properly PHed is a good base to start with regardless of plant species. I had strawberries that had never fruited go apeshit after getting my water sorted.
