Awesome. I didnt know there would be little difference in potency from autos. Yea, I know what you mean about Amazon and their pricing. Well not from a growing aspect, but just other items in general. Prime has already payed itself off for me as I usually order about $100 worth of stuff/crap per month lolMost autos have the same potency as photoperiod plants. Trust me, you won't notice the difference. Every time I smoke my skunk mass I get too high and get all paranoid lol. They have come along ways in even just the last year!
i know man, prime is awesome and totally worth it! I would look for your soil locally, or see if a local nursery can order it in. It's only $12-14 a bag, the rest is for shipping. I can honestly promise you if you get airpot a, you won't be disappointed!
generally speaking, all strains need the same nutrients. Supplements such as calcium and magnesium can vary a lot depending on strain. Don't overthink nutes though, go simple and cheap. I love dyna gro products. Also, look into a digital soil ph meter instead of those drops from GH. Take it from me, it's a pain to figure out what ph it's at. It's like I go color blind as soon as I need to see subtle color differences.
I would order it all from amazon as you really can't beat the prices. I've looked all over the place and amazon has always been the cheapest besides for soil.

I wouldn't clone af seeds... But I never grew them either. I believe collidal spray is to get feminized seeds. I never used it and haven't heard much about it but I think you spray it on the lower part of a female plant, and it will produce seeds at that spot which will be feminized
I see I see. I was thinking about doing some AF's. Then maybe get 1 or 2 regular seeds, get a girl started, and do some cloning that way.
Get feminized. Then you know it's female and can clone the shit out of it without worrying
Collidal silver when sprayed on a branch where buds are forming creates male plant parts with female genetics, so from on bud you can get a decent amount of viable, feminized seeds! It's cheaper than buying seeds over and over, but I personally would only do it for autos as it's pretty darn easy to keep a mother alive for clones lol.
I see. Makes sense. So far Im goin to get some AF seeds and some regular photo period seeds. Gonna go off of all the advice given and since it will be my first grow ever Im sure I will run into some problems lol Trial and error. You live and learn. Looking at houses next weekend, so in roughly a months time hopefully I can get started. Gonna place my 1st Amazon grow supply order pretty soon. Exciting! haha
