using the number of weeks is a really bad way to keep track of maturity of the plant or harvest time. You really need to look up close at the "trichomes" or crystals on the buds/leaves and see when they change from cloudy to about 1/3 amber and that's when they're ready for harvest. because every species is different, even when you buy 10 seeds from the same plant, you may not necesarrily have 10 plants that flower in 8 weeks, some may flower in 6, some may take 10, let's hope you're not past peak ripeness or you may be disappointed. Go to radio shack and get a pocket microscope and look at those trichomes! ALSO, you have a heat issue it looks like, hardcore under curling of leaves is usually due to heat, but in your case i'm not sure because you're so late into flowering. goodluck!

Andyk187 couldn't of said it better!
Each plant is different, they don't all mature at the same exact time.
It's like Poppy plants.
They'll plant all at the same time, but when it comes to harvesting, The workers tap the ones that are ready and go back later for the others.
Mother Nature is pretty easy going... not rocket science.
Don't get confused with some growers where it looks like every plant is exactly the same.
Remember, they do pull the weaker ones.
Where as a closet grower, your just happy to see that little scrawny thing survive and will buy the best nutes for them.
I know I don't have the heart to pull any no matter how deformed they may appear.
Ever have their little heads get stuck in the shell and they end up looking like the cat chewed on em?
Man.... I've had some pretty sad looking sprouts and no... they didn't grow to be the best, they continued to be pretty sad.
So thats where you have to learn to get the feel of your plants.

But as far as the pictures you submitted goes, they do look ready.
What strain are these may I ask?
