What light are you using? How far away was it... how far now?
The second pic looks fine to me. The first looks like a little nute burn starting up. Are you adding any nutrients, etc. to your soil? "No" would be a good answer, as those plants don't look far enough along to need anything.
It'd be weird to be in need of any dolomite at this early stage... and no noob should mess with hydrogen peroxide unless they really know what they're doing (in which case, they wouldn't be noobs... no disrespect to earlier input.. it's just two Ritalins, 4 Budweisers and 3 nice hits of my NEWLY HARVESTED FUCKIN' WEED... TONIGHT... YEAHHHHH!!!! sorry...).

well im not adding any nutes but there were nutes in the soil.
i tried to get them all out.
they are a month and 3 days

Is this grown from a clone or a seed? I've had clone tips look like that until they take off, but never a seed plant unless I did something wrong, it looks like the tips are curling in on leaves, which means something but I don't know off the top of my head. I've only ever grown in hydro so I can't tell you if or how to fix your soil problem but like the others said if its just the tips it should still grow fine, but something is off but just a tiny bit.
