I have been working for a company and long story short I have my plants and my boss would use a week three secret ingredient that would make the buds swell and literally harden like rocks you can't break with your hands that's the only time throughout the flowering period of 8 to nine weeks if anyone's could give me tips or info in the right direction

Things like molasses are used eairly in flowering but for bulking up and weight, could be a type of bloom booster most likely.

Snoop around and look for stuff you dont see used normally. Or ask him whats hes using...maybe he will tell you if hes not a dick. Lol

don' put anything on your plants that you don't know what it is because you are going to smoke them.

They prob used a bud hardener like gravity from humboldt nutes. It has pgrs in it though and was banned or reformulsted even maybe. But I used it before and it killed flavors. Sugars are the best way to use up reserves in the soil and bulk up flowers late. Molasses is a good option but I prefer other sugar sources that aren't so acidic

This sounds weird as hell ...and I don't know that weed so hard you can't break it with your fingers Is a good thing ....and maybe it's an illegal or banned substance that's why he doesn't let you see ....the way your sounding your working in some type of grow facility .....unless you work at a book store and you and your boss are pitching tents in the back .....don't misinterpret that last part unless you wana laugh...

A "week 3" bud hardener is a reference to products containing the plant growth hormone (PGR) pactlobutrazol. "Gravity" contained paclo, but I'm no longer sure that it does as the formula was changed some years back (smells weird now also).

I highly recommend against paclo as it is detrimental to the health of the cultivator, smoker, and more importantly, Mother Earth.

Besides that, it negatively effects terpene production, trichome production, and the complexity of the nose/high/stone of your herb. You can grow way better buds without it. You can even achieve greater yields without it (as it decreases "oil" weight). The only thing it does is make up for a lack of skill/effort/passion in the final weight. I call it "cheat code", but the final product is anything but "victorious".

Theres a other one called rock I think it's called there a few out thee never used um just rembering someone saying same thing them products are carrsionagenic though so be carefull !

Probably Cancerous causing Paclobutrazol as the ingredient.
