I need help

I am currently planning out a 24 plant grow op.
I want to do a perpetual grow so I can constantly have my supply of meds.
Anybody have any good ways to go about this?

I have talked to some people at the compassion club I go to and they said to have 2 rooms.
One room with a couple 8-lamp t5s for clone and vegging and then to get 1 600w light for every 4 plants that I flower.

With that said, who knows where I should I begin and how I should go about this.

I still need to buy lights, so good websites are appreciated.

Also, we recently acquired a shanty recently and its carpeted. The bottom measures 4.8' x 7.6'.

Would this be sufficient for a clone/veg, or budding room or possibly both?
