I need help with my plant!

So i germinated my seed and a huge stem came out of the seed, i put it in the soil and watered it and put light on it. when i woke up i noticed the light was messed up over night and the stem was facing down and looked a little dry.

- Wut should i do?

not totally..but it will be in the next couple days..just start germinating another one right now.

dammit, i hope its just a little weak and that it will come back .. : /
