Are enviro lights any good.I want to grow 3 plants in a small area using a 200w enviro red light for bloming.Will i have success?
 
Well 200 Watts is great and so is Red for Blooming. The veggin stage is a bit different. If this Is HPS or MH you can buy Veggin Lights too.
 
you should be alright but you're yeild wont be as high mate, you can add some Warm light CFL's 45w or higher... that will give you some extra light for bigger yeilds hopfully, and use the cool white Fluro's lad, and you'll be alright
 
you might as well go ahead and grab a little 250w hps for that buddy, You will be much happier w/ your outcome
 
Ah how much is one 600 wat with everything including cooling and ventilation. Prolly alot more than just 3 plants is gonn be
 
you still need ventilation and cooling with the envirolites, fresh air is a big factor remember and the more control u have over your temps the better, imo hps is always better as long as you got the space and you can cool it
 
Well the question is do they want to spend money? Or are they trying to keep expendature down and trying to make due with what they have already?
