i need help i think one of my plants has something wrong

it is nothing wrong to grow without dirt/grow hydro or E&B as i do, it is perfect if you are a control person and easier then soil if you ask me but everyone has on this his own damn opinion i guess. it is just if you start stuff like this you should make damn sure you know what you do.
