I took pics with my laptop camera so not the best quality but the 1st is my 4x4x5.5 box(top hat housing is on the top-center). The 2nd is the temp guage(top temp is interior). The 3rd is the top hat that houses my 400 Watt MH in a Hydrofarm Hood (you can see the top hat on the exterior pic of the box). The 4th is the inlet (not a great pic but it leads to just under my window for fresh air). The 5th is the interior of course, it shows all of the set up with the 2 air king small fans, The 6th is a pic of some of the 18 unsexed Lemon Haze babies(they were transplanted yesterday). The 7th is a pic of the bigger of the 2 larger females(an unknown purple strain, the bag I got em out of was some killer purple anyway.) The 8th is a pic of the biggest baby Lemon Haze. :weed: View attachment 2382453View attachment 2382454View attachment 2382455View attachment 2382456View attachment 2382457View attachment 2382458View attachment 2382459View attachment 2382460

To answer your question, yes your set up looks good. Here's a couple for you :)
I see how you have fresh air coming in...is the air temp OK?
I see oscil fans....what are you using for extraction and scrubbing?(odor control)
How many plants are you going to finish in the 4x4x5.5 space?
Generally speaking a 400w bulb will cover an optimum area of 3x3, 600 4x4, 1,000 5x5...keep that in mind
Keep your questions coming :)
Also, learn and have fun!!

Thanks for the compliments all.

Brother Numsi, did you look at all the pics? Its all cool though. My air temp is holding at or around 70*-75*F. Theres a temp guage pic there also, I think it was around 75* at the time. The fans are 2 speed Air King fans and dont oscilate. I dont think they are doing much because my exaust is a 4" inline centrifuge blower fan and its powerful. It pulls that fresh air through the plants and to a 4" aluminum hose right above the light hood and then to a Carbon Filter(in the pics). I have 18 unsexed Lemon Haze seedlings and 2 larger unknown purple strain females (the 2 seeds came from a bag of some killer frosty purple) so I hope to get 9 Lemon females and if so I will finish 11 total in there. I am going to raise the top of my box by 2 feet bringing it to 7.5 feet tall when its time.

A 400 watt bulb covers a 5 foot area, I did a lot of research to find the right bulb. I was going to go with a 600 but thought it would get too hot. I may upgrade to a bigger bulb when I raise the roof. I tend to believe experience and the bulb makers who all have been sayin that a 400 watt bulb would cover a 5x5 area. I think you may be off on those wattages and sizes, especially the 1000 watts in a 5x5 ??? I could be wrong but I don't think I am brother. Right now they are loveing the 400 watter. The make of the bulb can make all the difference too when comparing wattage.
