I need advice on Autoflowering Strains

I have been doing some researching on the forums here and on other various web sites and have been reading up on feminized and autoflowering seeds. I was wondering a few things:

1. Are autoflowering strains as potent as other non autoflowering strains under the same name like for instance is regular feminized Northern Lights going to be more potent than the autoflowering version of Northern Lights since it was crossed with ruderalis to make it an autoflowring strain?
2. Are all autoflowering strains feminized unless they state that they are non feminized seeds?
3. Does anyone have experience in growing autoflowering strains and if so which did you get the best yield from. I want to grow a quick 60 day autoflowering strain that also will give me a decent yield for the time invested in the grow.

as far as potency I cant say, Im growing a DieselRyder right now... and its almost starting its second week of flower... Ill let you know how it turns out... But no autoflowers are not automatically feminized you can get males and females... im thinking about doing some breeding next time around to get some autoflower seeds.
As far as yield goes, ive heard an average of about 30g a plant... but Ill have to see what I come out with...

There are so many new autos out now. The yields and strength seems to be getting better all the time. They will yield less for the obvious reason that they are so much shorter but this can be eased with more per Sqm. The potency from some strains like " sweet seeds black jack fast autoflowering " is great and the plants grow so quickly that your sampling before you know it.

From my experience in Auto's they are not usually as potent as their photo-period relatives. There are tons of breeders crossing ruderalis strains with photo-period strains to increase potency. I have noticed in the last year things have been getting more potent in the Autoflowering world...
