I need a light that puts out heat.

i bought mine from a currys i think it was mate! you can get them from prety much anywhere! shopping catologes will do em

Forgive me for pointing out the obvious, but if you want heat, shouldn't you look for a heater, rather than a light? A light won't keep temps up in the dark period, not even the almighty 1000w HPS. :rolleyes:

What kinda affect would a heater have on the electric bill? jw.

I'll go with the heater then, lol. For now I put them outside during the night since its still hot around here. The night time temps are perfect, but that'll come to an end soon when it starts to get cold.

I don't know how cold it gets where you are. That would be such an awesome problem to have...too cold.

I would just run on 12/12 with the 12 off hours being during the day and the light on at night for warmth.
