on a scratch off ticket. it got wet in the rain, and wouldn't peel properly. 27 is a winning number, and part that won't scratch is a 2(something, looks like the bottom of a 7). the code for that number is TTS.
still two numbers not scratched, lol. can't peel the primer due to water damage, anyone have an idea as to the letter/number thing, other than saying, "take it to the store and scan it''?
all i've been able to find online is that the codes vary after the base 25$ prize...
it'd be fuckin' awesome to pull in a grand off a card. i never do these cards (powerball after 200mil, absolutely), as they seem a waste. took a chance on it for some reason and it looks like i lucked out.
so i'm excited, but thinking it's too good to be true.
any insight?
