1 month before harvest, SPIDERMITES !

Nooooooooo... With the help of the others in this forum, I've been able to kill them without killing the plant or even harm the freshly new buds :)

I used Safer's End All and sprayed them few days in a row and now look at them, DEAD :D hehe

I read that Pyrethrin is Biodegradable under light and really fast... So it is supposed to be clean to smoke after 1 month, with all the new developed buds until harvest :)

Camera my ass, the Dude ain't half blind like me. How the hell did He know where to take the pic. If your interested is solving the SM problem forever, PM me.

lol.. Well you sure have one hell of a nice camera!

Thanks, I'm using a Canon 5D MK II with a regular 100mm f2.8 Macro lens... I made it on the fly without taking care of the result... I'll send you a Kick ass Dead spidermite PICS if you want... One where you can see its Eyes ;)

Is your camera an expensive one? lol I know grow gear is expensive and I dont go cheap their, but when it comes to other things lol... What was the price range? I am really interested in purchasing one and I am very impressed with yours.

:) it's a 3000$ for the body and choose your lense after ($$)... But it's my job, that's why I bought it :)

A certain type of spider inhibited severval plants of mine. The pic is a spider eating a Bee that WAS eating a bug. To see the spider, I had to follow the legs to the body.

Um ISO for a camrera IS noise.

So 1600 ISO is A Lot of noise

Yes you're right but the bigger is the sensor, the less you have noise... And with recently made models like the Canon 5D Mark II (full frame 24mmX36mm sensor) You have no noise (or really a little bit) at 1600 iso :) The highest the iso is, the less light you need to take a pic...

those bastards have cost me some nuggys glad to see you beet them. withiut loosing your nugs

Thanks man,

You know the real way to get rid of them without any chemical?

Only if the plant is not in flower: Fill the bath or a 5gallon bucket of warm water and add soap (dish)... wrap the pot in a plastic bag to keep the soil in it and SOAK the whole plant for 10 minutes, shaking it gently every 2 minutes... then rinse with the shower and you are done... I Swear that if you do this well, you will never see a SpiderFck in your plants anymore...

Spray the plant every 7 to 10 days with a solution of liquid seaweed. No more, never any mites. Plus, the plant likes it. I FINALLY learned why. The seaweed strenghtens the plants skin where the mites can't bite into the plant. That's what the test the Dirt Doctor said. The problem is, they only attack a sick/stressed plants. ............ Look for a problem after you kill the Ba.........
