I keep 12/12,even 10/14, still no sign of flower after 1 week. See...

Stick with 12/12, she is pre flowering, I can see the pistils in the picture. You should Google images of preflower and do some more reading on growing cannabis. Good luck with her.

agreed, stick with 12/12. adding more darkness hours to the photoperiod will only stress the plant out, making it think it's dying...could cause your girl to go hermi on you. otherwise your plant looks beautiful man, no deficiencies or lockouts or watering issues, definitely just wait it out, the flowers will form eventually. i can see the pistils sprouting from that picture
 
Too much darkness will actually push the plant to finish faster with reduced yields. stick to 12/12. A cannabis plant starts flowering at 14/10 but it's been a known thing to stick to 12/12 as this is optimal for flowering.
 
why not go with 1/23 ? your not doing it correct . might as well go with the 1/23 save all the extra money on the electric bill ? wtf are you thinking
 
Just as Matt said, takes awhile but this is obviously flowering. Its not gunna just one day have a bud it takes time. Looks nice
