I have to start my pka over.

My fucking plant is only 7" tall and is on day 26!! What a fucking joke. I am flushing her right in the toilet. I learned that FFOF sux cock. I need any suggestions for a super light medium soil for my new PKA girls. I need to know what are the BEST lights to start germination, and vegging for are. I have heard CFL's. I am going to just use my 250hps when they start to flower. I am using a 20/4 light cycle from start to finish. I am going to use my 3 gallon pots. I germinate and veg with Blackstar LEDs but I've used CFLs before too. I have a small veg closet where heat is an issue so the LED helps with heat. CFLs do put of quite a bit of heat.

I haven't used FFOF but I've heard good things about it. I've also used the drops for PHing and they worked OK. My expensive Hanna PH Pen didn't last 3 months and I even wasted another 40 replacing the prope only to have it still not work. I would never buy another PH pen again. When the pen went out, I had to use the drops and they were fine. They never stop working randomly like the fucking pen.

I use coco with smart pots and General Organic nutes with RO water. No ppm no PH. Just mix it up, water, and watch them grow.

I think the problem is you are growing autoflowers with cfl and 250watt hps you aren't even in the best conditions going to get big plants with autos that's just how they grow

i use the same soil as you and at day 26 i was at about 11'' its all about strain.
