I HAVE THRIDS!!! what to do?

hello everyone this is my first grow and i am 18 days into flowering! and have noticed that there are small black dots on top of my fan leaves and a little bit on my developing buds i have narrowed it down to thrids from looking at pics and doing research, my question is what can i do to get rid of them? and are you able to do anything once the plant is flowering? any help would be greatly appreciated!

if you cant afford neem oil, i suggest a solution, of just soap and water an spray on the leaves every two to three days until they are gone
dnt make it to strong better to start out light and work your way up

so it wont hurt my bud to spray on it during flower?

no just make sure thrids or not that u dnt do it the last two to three weeks of flowering, so u dnt taste it
