i have an idea for RIU

Hey whats up peoples, So im sitting here on my other forum thinking, why doesnt RIU have a fitness section? ... So how about it, who wants a fitness section?

I will help get it started, hopefully others will join in with their advice etc..

I know alot about fitness, proper nutrition, and proper workout ruitines. also to add my own guide to getting high and working out.

Whats everyone think? ..lets get a section about living a healthy lifestyle with marijuana. :weed:
 
Its not that it isn't possible, it's just not desirable... To a lot of people anyhow. :lol: I would post thread about it in the requests section.
 
It is a couch potato activity (inactivity?).

Frankly if there is only ONE single exercise you do, it should be a push up. No other single exercise works more of the body than a straight push up. :peace:

Maybe put a brownie on the floor as motivation?

Squats and deadlifts are the most intense exercises you can do...

...But i guess ill stick to my bodybuilding forums for the healthy lifestyle agenda. I figured most people who smoke arent that active so i guess ill let it be.
 
Actually swimming is the best exercise, second only to sex. Sex burns the most calories and tones at the same time, at least if you're doing it right it does. :mrgreen:
 
Time for a quick set of "herb rolls" and maybe some glass bong "clean and jerk" reps as well... "Whew!"... My buzz is all bumped up now... Need sustaining fluids... Time for a Belgian beer and another game of Grand Theft Auto then back to more herb lifts.... Somebody's gotta do it!-)
 
Im 18 and am still in highschool and i started smoking for rec. use in the tenth grade now three years later i smoke alot usually in the mornings before school and then alot on the weekends. but i play sports at my school and i love to run i dont know why but i do but i used to hate it but now i run maybe to prove to myself and classmates(who all know i smoke a fuck load) that smoking hasnt hindered my physical abilitys which it hasnt. but as for starting a fintess forum im not to sure cause fitness and smoking pot doesnt really mix. every stoner is incredibly lazy and i just dont think that forum would do well here at RIU

I like the idea personally. I think working out is a good way to maintain tolerance.

have you guys ever read that anandamide causes runners high? it's the natural cannabinoid in your body.

so I think that when you run/work out your body releases anandamide and it gives your receptors a break as well as making you feel good.

so then your receptors are more rested up so you can get even higher next time you smoke.

just my guess though. if this is true I think a workout section would be great :)
