Hey, hey.
Welcome Back!
Hope all is well.
Things are rough. Could be better but it could be worse as well.
Thank you.
Good to see you. You've been missed.
Thank you.
Good to see ya man, now what did you do with @Indacouch, was worried about @tangerinegreen555 too, but he showed back up to the party..
Thank you. Not sure what happened to him. Been busy dealing with my own stuff.

I guess I'll come out with it. I've been having some family issues for a while. I won't elaborate on that. To top it off a semi truck hit my wife's car and ran her off the road. It's a mess. She is alive but injured. Police refused to investigate and even went as far as destroying evidence. This isn't my first run in with them and they still hold a grudge.

I'm glad to hear that.
Thanks. Only a couple dr in a couple hundred mile radious handle car accidents. The one we went to was really cool and his friend he's known since 2nd grade is a lawyer. His exact words were "he loves to fight the police and kick thier ass." Not sure how the previous case will play into things with the non disclosure agreement.

Either way I won the first time and hopefully we will win this one.

It's crazy. I was actually escorted out of the sheriff's Dept. They are covering up the name of the driver and refusing to give me his name. They even refused a legal freedom of information act request.

I was told by the sgt that they can't put witness names and info in a police report. I told him he was either flat out lying to me or didn't deserve to be a supervisor if he didn't understand how basic things like a police report works. He was like excuse me. I may or may not have called him an idiot. I don't remember I was angry about the cover up and destroyed evidence.

I know. I know. It doesn't help to fight with them. Fuck the police. Lazy fuckers. I just can't stand to be lied to like that.

Hopefully the attorney can get to the bottom of this for you. I hope your wife feels much better soon. This is extremely unpleasant, make sure you don't speak with the police again. Always use an attorney.

I know I shouldn't but the attorney that handled my previous case didn't want this one. The way the police wrote the report none of the attorneys I've talked to wanted the case.

I've recorded all conversations and taken extensive notes.

About the only option I was left with was investigating it myself and filing the foia request.

I have them on tape admitting to having the evidence that is now missing.

I lucked up by the Dr giving us the name to his lawyer friend. I will not be having anymore contact with them now.
