I have a problem I used SOIL A AND SOIL B in hydroponics I retarded the amount 20%

It worked, and it was flying away 100%. I think the light was too close and leaves started to turn light green and some started to turn yellow. The light problem was fixed and new leaves started to come out deep green. All looked good untill ...... The leaves have (not burnt spots but brown foggy blotchy areas (like poop color)without dry burns in it just a brown color on the new leaves edges(new leaves look unhealthy tight instead of out and spread nice.)
AND THE GREEN NEW LEAVES ARE TURNING DARK POOP COLOR ON THE EDGES NOW!!!
