About an hour for each page of posts, I gotta get in on this. I wish the OP well, but, it may be a bigger learning experience than planned for.
Welcome to RIU. We are all a bit excited because your plans tend to go against our experience. However I'll bet there's not many here who haven't had a wild idea and took a chance on it in our grows. So welcome aboard. We are obviously looking forward to seeing how you progress with your plans.
That being said would you like me to move this to Grow Journals and you can document your grow there? If not that's fine but I know I'd love to watch your progress. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you journal your adventure.

Thanks hey yes sure sounds good to me, do what works best to keep the forum organized as long as the pros can see the post and give some guidance on this wild attempt thats all I need thanks again. So far the 55 seeds have been soaked in 0.75% hydrogen peroxide and spring water at 5.85 ph for a few hours, they are in the tent with everything off just a fan going at lvl on top of heat mat set at 82F, the tent temperature is at around 74 since everything is off. tomorrow i soak some organiplugs into 0.5% hydrogen peroxyde water ph 5.8 and drain them to 50% of water weight and we should we ready to start!

Guys check this out, before even thinking of trying this phenohunt i did some research on the spacings. this guy is growing 16 plants in 2.6x2.6 and for phenohunting its looks great, i also saw one other dude called 2x2 tent grower on youtube flowering 9 plants in a 2x2 so it can be done, they have more experience sure but it practically can be done, if this guy has 16 in 2.6x2.6 why couldn t i have 18 in a 2.3x4.6. thanks hope to gain lots of knowledge here, also lmk about the nute schedules that i show in the video. thanks again

That guy has a sea of green going. The size of space you're growing in determines how much weed you actually get. Not the amount of plants. If you're in a 2x4 with a bunch of little plants, someone with a 1-2x plants can get the same amount of harvest.
The benefits to sea of green is the variety, and a shorter harvest date. The downsides are watering and feeding a bunch of plants.

Sea of green is done mostly with clones for uniformity, and they can get flipped faster because they've already been proven female, and usually selected for traits that make growing a bunch of plants in a tight space easier.

He's not running 55. He's going to select 18 females out of the 55, based solely on vegetative traits, and run all of those together in the same tent.

Yeah dude, go!! And if it fails and you can take it, so what.
But you have to flower them to see the smoke traits. Hear this, ive had around 15 super lemon haze plants looking for that super lemony stuff and the most lemony i had was a small indica looking pheno but sativa high. It was less than half the size of the rest. Its gonna be messy hahah

its definitely way simpler than flowering the clones. I believe i will see if i can if they reach enough nodes in veg without overcrowding the tent. Thanks that was super helpful i had forgotten about that option
55 seeds germinating? My lord. I have a 5 x 5 tent and I'm only growing 2 plants. Brother for your first grow you heading in the wrong direction regardless of what anyone else has done. Maybe slam on the breaks and take it all the way down and practice on 3 or 4 plants before all this mess.
