1.what is the smallest in height that i can make my grow space(box)?
2. do i have to have and intake?
3. can i use 6 20 watt 2700k cfl bulbs for all stages

I have lots of space, so I can't answer those questions. I have, however, grown plants all the way through using 2700k cfls. I used a bit larger cfls though (26w and 42w), but it definately can be done.

1. well you would want at least a 1-2 gallon pot even for a young plant for its whole cycle, so like around 20cm for the height of that, around 30-60cm for the plant and enough height for the lights and space between lights and the plant/s . so probably like a metre

2. do you mean how important is ventilation? extremely , c02 is a primary component for photosynthesis and in small spaces it can run out very quickly and stop/slow growth, equally oxygen if needed for plants at night. you could potentially have your grow more sealed and add c02 to the enviroment.

3.you can use the red spectrum bulbs at all stages but growth but plants in veg can process a huge amount of blue spectrum light and extract the photosynthetic active radiation from it but much less so for red spectrum light which plants need mainly for flowering. HID lights such a HPS have such a strong luminescence that it doesnt matter as much that they are red spectrum whereas less powerful cfl's don't have the strength for plants to flourish.Your far better off just investing in some 6500k bulbs for veg and saving the red ones for flowering.
hope that helps

i have very constricted space. I use 1 gallon pots the whole grow and have never had a problem with rootbound. i did 12/12 from seed on my last grow with all 2700k but about 230W worth. I also FIMd. It is 13" from top of soil to top of highest cola. total height is 19" from the ground. heres a pic

so then it wouldnt be possible if it was like two feet tall
I'm not sure if I understand your last question, but if you are refering to the lights, it is possible. The plant will grow faster using 6500k bulbs as it will make better use of the color spectrum(blue). If you grow the same plant using the 2700k lights that you already have, it will just take longer to reach 2 feet in height, but it will also potentially be more bushy. When you begin to flower your plant, those 2700k lights are exactly what you will want as far as the color spectrum goes.

You should be able to grow any seed into a plant that is 2 feet tall. For many indica strains, this is about their maximum height. That doesn't mean you can't grow them taller, it just means that their growth will greatly slow down once they reach that height. When you change the light cycle to 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness to flower, they will then gain more height very quickly in the next 1 to 3 weeks, often doubling or even tripling in size. Having this knowledge and changing the light cycle when you want to allows you to control the plant's height.
