I had no idea that my plants would become root bound in 3 gal pots in less than 30 days. I should have taken pics! My Blue Mystic and Big Bud both were starting to show illness, yellowing of leaves and some dying. Hopefully they'll turn around and I didnt shock them too much. Live and learn. The bad thing is I was 1 day into flower. Is that gonna cause problems for me? Should I go back into veg for a lil while. What should I do?

Re pot them, do it like this, get a ten gallon pot, fill it with Happy Frog Soil, wet it real good and let sit and drain for a few hours. Now, dry your plant out in its current pot.

Dig a hole in the new soil so you can slide you pot with your plant in and out like a ice cube tray. Then when your plant is dry and the soil begins to seperate from the sides slide it out, dont touch the roots and slide it right down in the hole you made in the new pot. Now spread some soil in around the top and than flood your plant with water until it runs over the top.

DO NOT TOUCH OR MESS WITH THE ROOTS THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT AND THE PLANT WILL NOT BE STRESSED. Now in the new soil and pot your plant will flourish.

Happy Frog is avail, at most lowes and home depot good luck

You didnt mention it, but I'm assuming you transplanted into something bigger, so you should be fine to keep em in flower as long as that was the problem. Switching light schedules back and forth is going to do more harm than good.
