Hey so the story goes.

i purchased a bunch of seeds, and received on bubblegum freebie or so the label on the packaging said. I did not order any autos BTW. So i was planning on scrogging her so began topping at the third node. I did this another 2 times for a total of 3 toppings.

At around 5 1/2 weeks i noticed that it had started flowering, i was very confused about what was happening lol. it was about a week after her last topping.

I then went back online and checked the order and made the discovery it was an Bubblegum auto from 00 Seeds.

So after doing some research on autos people advice not to top them as the short veg period. All i have to say is that she vegged for 5 weeks and flowered for 8. Ill post some pics, any comments welcome

I've seen some epic auto grows that were topped in here and other sites. Pretty sure it's a lot to do with genetics though. I topped two out of five last summer and the topped plants had smaller buds and less yield but not much less.

Yeah that has to be mostly genetics. Most autos are finished from seed in 9ish weeks. That is awesome that they bred something with a little longer veg time so you can manipulate the plant.
I always get a couple of autos this time a year for some fresh buds while im waiting for my outdoor grow. Keeps me stocked through the summer months...but they always flower about 2 1/2 weeks after the bean pops.
Good job!

All my outdoor auto's are 10-12 weeks so far and could go longer but typically get bud rot :(

I have a auto cheese that's shown sex now for two weeks she was about 18" then now 40" 13 days between this growth period. 5/24-6/6 She is 51 days now. I know there is a grow stage pre-flower. I assume this is what she's in. (First auto) 60-70 day suppose!! First pic is 5/24 you will need to enlarge to see 6/6 today's pic Opinions please. Thanks

I think some "super" auto's are longer and bigger :).
Had a NL x BIG bud fem/super auto, not even sure... Vegged from seed about 1 month then put in 3x3 (400 hps) tent topped DWC and scrogged and 58 days about 8-9 ozs

The above strain was listed as fem, but they kind of referred to it as a super auto. Also true auto's suck.
