I got some heat stressed plant.

Hey guys I hope this finds you well.

So I have a couple of plants, and right now I'm having very high temperatures my hygrometer says they are around 29 Celsius when my lights are on. They are two very small plants, I have my lights on half strength because that's what I was recommended by the manufacturer, so my question is if maybe I should lower my light at a quarter strength in order to also lower the temperature. Or should I continue with half strength and trust that my plantd will be fine in the end.
what do you guys think? Here is a picture of my plants.

I'll keep the air moving, I can't run my lights at night yet, because Its a homemade grow tent xD inside my room, needless to say it's not fully closed. Hopefully after this grow I'll have enough money saved to upgrade into a proper 4x2x5 grow room.
I think my problems won't be completely solved untill I get an AC or something :/ .

A few years ago, I went seed to harvest with my temps anywhere from 85-90. My girls still finished. I'm sure the overall quality/yield suffered, but it still got the job done.

Do what you can with your variables and just focus on controlling what you can (watering, feeding, don't harvest early).

I did lower the light intensity to 25%, I also repotted the other little plant, even tho she was still small, the small plant wasn't too bad and I knew she would be happier in a bigger pot (I'm better at watering bigger pots than the solo cups), I have one little fan going than maybe I'll switch for a bigger one. They look happier, although you can clearly see the signs of heat stress. Your soil looks to be pretty compact.. could be why they aren’t growing out wider. The roots need oxygen in order to thrive. If you’re going to be having higher temps, I would for sure transplant those into soil with ALOT more perlite

What sort of shitty soil or whatever that is. I feel sorry for your plants.

Oh they have perlite, it's a soil mix I made from promix, earthworm castings, compost, perlite and amendments. It looks like that because I added some mulch at the top and covered it with a little more ewc.

The soil it's pretty lose, not compact at all, I can put my finger right through it if I wanted to. For reference this is a larger pot with the same mix without the mulch and ewc on top.16169909572882402121166712195071.jpg
