I got my marijuana back

Yesterday a California judge ordered my marijuana be returned.

just watche the vid. your DA dosnt sound like he has too much of an idea on the case or laws. or maybe he smoked some of your stash ;-D

ha, just saw the link, and yeah, not quite with it "uh, i'm not sure, i know there's a case out there that." :D

then at the end it's almost like he's ashamed of what he's just defended :D

I got pulled over for no front license plate. The officer said he smelled marijuana. I told him I have a recommendation. He pulled me out of the car, arrested me, took the container and took me to jail for 5 hours after I demanded to be taken before magistrate.
 
i cant wait to move to calli and be as free as you, i mean its bull shit in the first place but i would have never gotten it back
 
i agree with the court i just dont want the court to think that we are in agreement with that. lol i love courtrooms when im not the defendant
 
In your case contingency might consist of a few tokes....Thanks for the post. I read the law, but I'm still old school in thought. The more stories like yours I read the less paranoid I get.

I'm in somewhat of a similar situation, if u don't mind me asking what's your medical condition for ur card, and was ur illness brought up at all??
