I Got Caught With An 8th In Arizona

Hey riu pps well my q is i was coming back home from cali and in the last check point wen you enter arizona they pulled the dog out to work well i got caught i got a citation i have court but i don live i arizona...some people told me tha its a slap on thwrist others tell ne that its going to be a big deal can u guys let me know whats up its my first offense like this in any state

In Arizona, possession of less than two pounds of marijuana is a class 6 felony. The Office of the County Attorney may charge a class 6 felony as a misdemeanor at their discretion.

Sounds like you could be looking at jailtime...but likely probation

yeah that whta one of my homies tod me and yeah he changed toa misdemeanor hopefully nothing bad lol i heard that would have taken me to jail on the spot i have googled but no info found yet

as one of my friends used to always say. come to arizona on vacation, (stay, leave,reside) on probation. AZ drug courts are fucked good luck and seriously you thought you could get the checkpoints with that shit...NEVER take the I-8

on of my homies said he had to just end a check to his p.o and that was and as for the check points i got past the first two lol i was sbout to get past the third but when it wasmy turn the had just brought out the dog just my luck
