NO,,,you most likely had a brief environmental situation that effected a "weak genetic" plant to pop an unseen nanner.....
The bean you have will be rather prone to herming......Give it to the person you hate the most.....LOL

If this has been a one time experience - forget about it.

What are the necessary precautions... Does this mean all my other plants will herm?
I occasionally find a seed or two. I like finding them because it gives me some seeds to experiment with. One summer I left my tent door cracked open at the bottom to help ventilatio because it was hot. I forgot to close it at lights out. It stayed open for 4-6 hours catching some light from another tent in veg (door wide open). One plant near the door had about 20 seeds.

Yours is probably just genetics. A little light leak or heat stress caused it to hermie in flower. I think I've seen this when I wait too long to harvest too. I think the un-pollinated plant realizes it's going to die an "old maid" and takes steps to self-seed. I've found 4-5 seeds that way.

I accidentally left the light on one night, mind you it was the green led light bulb that's sleep time safe supposedly, do you think this is gonna make the bud worse then it's supposed to be, because the plant looks gorgeous right now

Selfed seeds...happens in an all girl grow sometimes. A few beans is not a big deal but if you've got a lot of them the bud will be kinda weak. Be sure you've got no light leaks or timer issues but I find that some strains are just more prone to hermies than others. I've got a purple trainwreck that I've been running from clones- it throws nanners at 8 weeks every time like clockwork. Hoping the next PTW seed I pop will not do this but it is the main reason a lot of growers only run Reggie seeds. Always keep a watchful eye on the buds in the late stages of bloom especially if you run a lot of fems. Many times you can find a single male flower growing on a lower branch or inside the canopy or even on a cola bud. If you can find them & pinch them off early enough it can prevent seeds from forming.
