can't really tell,from the pic,might just be a sativa that has'nt got plenty of sunhsine.As for hemp,I think hemp is the male part of cannabis.Give it a rub,if you get resin on your fingers,its a female.

Dude, what are you 16? Did your grandad or uncle dare you pick it? If a family member dared you to pick it, then they know its hemp. They are baiting you into a headache. Whatever you do, dont pick it and smoke it. If your that curious about it, get an isomizer, research how to do it right, and you will have some kickass honey oil. Take that honey oil and coat it on some of that seed infested bud and dare gramps or uncle (or whoever is baiting your ass into this) and blow his fucking mind. Shit, bet Mr. Dare has an old Isomiser stored away somewhere. Whoever "expects" you to take some, ask him if its hemp? Ask them if they got an isomiser? If they answer yes to both, then ask them to teach you that shit. Its old and lost art in America. What I wouldn't do to have a field of hemp growing on gramps farm/land.

yea dude. like everyone is saying, it is seeded. you could try it if you really wanted. but try and find a bud that isnt as seeded. unless its just all seeds. then i wouldnt bother.
also it could be someone elses trying to get some seeds or some shit.
