Looks fem and deffinately a sativa. Could be full of seeds but i'd doubt it unless its a hermi or there is a male near it. Get some closer pics!
 
looks like its full of seeds like other poster said its got pods all the way down how do u know someone didnt planted it if it was planted i would leave it alone but that just me
 
i see it too master hemp and want some closer pics but if someone planted it and he is calling it wild because its outdoors i dont care what it is
 
i personally wouldn't pick buds from anyone elses outdoor plants if i came across any, that's wrong.... if anything i would just take a clone if it looks like good genetics :p
i got respect for other growers and know how pissed i'd be if someone got to my crop, do your own grow and reep the rewards my friend
 
my dad had all 3 of his plants stolen this morning.....sad day.....he has about 4 oz's of some quality bud on them.
 
i wouldnt even take a clone almost same as snipping one bud off lets not even worry about this guys first not a good way to make a start here if i was him i think i would ask to have it deleted or i mould at least say i was just curious to strain i was going to take it
 
If I found a patch of weed I would get the hell out of there,I dont know where your from but in my neck of the woods they might find you hanging from a tree if the grower catches you there,we dont take kindly to thieves and do what it takes to gaurd the crops be careful
 
Guys chill this is no ones weed. It just grows by itself every year (same place). I am trying to get a closer picture I will have it posted in a min.
 
if u know of a patch every year that means u been going there every year and if u were u would have seen enough plants to know what a male or female was
u would have been here already asking about pest control and nutes and all kinds of shit i find it hard to believe
 
Where do you live ipod? In the midwest? If so, wild hemp grows in alot places. I've got my money that those plants are hemp plants, grow wild, and wont get you stoned. You could get an old fashion Isomizer and see if you cant get all that CBD turned into THC. As it is, prob wont be able to smoke it, just make rope from it lol.
 
Well if it grows back every year there has to be some pollination so either there are males or hermies if you are lucky there are males and next year go around pulling males this will give ya some seedless bud!

If you saw any balls at all you have superb vision. I tried to blow the image up in photoshop, but it's too low of quality. What I'm seeing is very large calyxes.

Its on a family members property and has been growing there probably before he owned the land. I saw it growing before when I was younger but forgot about it until now. It is growing so big no one could miss it. The stalks are very thick and the plant its self is much taller than me and I am 6'4. They actually expected me to take some. I just decided to find out if it was male or female.
