yea thats truth my county is leading the state in herion overdose its like number 3 in the state of ohio

Damn. That's sad. My states overdose related deaths have almost tripled in the past two years and H overdose is now the #1 cause of accidental deaths.
Heroin is definitely a nasty drug. I've also heard that meth is spreading like crazy throughout the state. One county has busted two labs a day for over a year or something like that. One Sheriff is actually doing the right thing. He said publicly that he wasn't worried about MJ and that he was going to use that money to battle the hard drugs.

That sucks. Addiction is definitely hard to beat. Lots of people do it but they almost always need help to stay clean.

I say go for it OP.
I germed and put out a boatload of KC45 from a few plants that were fully seeded last year.
To be honest I was thinking the EXACT same thing you are. I was out in the bushes digging holes in the June sun and tossing 1-2 node seedlings in the ground. Nowhere near your numbers but my final count digging holes was at 78 (half will be male and chopped)
That was one of the biggest things eating at me. Knowing I'll be chopping half.
But I pushed through it and finished it off.
I went to check on them Monday and they're throwing out their 6th nodes. ALL worth it then. Top dressed each and every one with a half dose of 10-10-10 osmocote.
They'll have a few more weeks to veg. A month, maybe a month and a half. Then stretch and start flowering. I'll hit em with blooming osmocote then.
I know I'll be a whole lot happier and everything will be well worth it when they're said and done.
Even hooked my cousin up with 40 seedlings and helped till up a garden bed on some abandoned property close to his place.
It'll be worth it OP.
It'd be worth it even if you Johny Appleseed it.
Something's better than nothing.
Like you said the economy is shit in your area. Every one of those plants are going to be the cash in your pocket. So get out there and make yourself some fat stacks.

That's what I did last year, and I'm germinating a seed right now. But my needs are minimal, I want to keep the plant small. Works perfect for me this way.

Now monkey that is a very motivational response there. I really appreciate the input. What dimensions do you dig your holes? Last year when I dug trenches they were only about 10 feet to 15 feet long, 1 ft deep and about two feet wide, I would put about 30-50 seedlings in there and pulled about a pound per trench which I didn't have many because I didnt know how well that would work. You'd be surprised and it opens up alot of room once the males are cut out.

After I got to thinking, instead of starting so many seedlings, do you think id get same yield per plant as the seeds by instead taking a bunch of cuttings? I know if I took the cuttings now it'd be a couple weeks before they got put out but if I got an ounce per that way it would be much easier than having to deal with a possibility of seeds due to missing a male or two. The strain of the clones would be sensi northern lights and the other is barneys lsd. Now im debating again lol..

It'd take some time to be able to get a plant big enough to take enough cuttings for what you want to do.. I'd go with the seeds if you already have them.

I didn't even dig my holes very big. Dug em enough to fill a 3 gallon pot. Mixed it up with some coco and soil left over from a previous run. Enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket anyways. Dumped it back in the hole. It was enough to create a nice mound for each one. And I left it at that. Took about 10-15 minutes per hole. It was a work in progress for a few days.
I just did it because I had a load of seeds left. Didn't even have a gameplan. I just found a pretty sweet spot at random that's encircled with trees and get's better sun than my girls I started in early April. With little saplings scattered about on the ground.
I'd suggest going with seedlings unless you have an established mother or mothers with the proper gear to pound out clones as fast as you can.
Regardless though the clocks ticking.

Well after thinking about it he holes don't need to be very big because there won't be enough time for them to build large root systems. So I think ill do seeds and try a few clones. My seeds just sprouted for the big run anyways. I do however have 5 7 month old mothers i placed outside they're huge bushes. Ur right the clock is ticking. In ur opinion what would bebhe latest to pit something in the ground? And monkey what general area are u from?

I don;t know exactly where you are in the world.. But I live in South Ontario. and everyyear I'll pump out clones until the first week of August.. The fucking plants only get 3, 3 and half feet tall But they're all solid bud growing up the stalks (minimum cleaning) I've been growing like this for the pass 4 years without a problem and good bomb smoke each time.

I remember I did that with 20 clones before.. Each plant was only 3 feet tall but had atleast an OZ, or Ounce and half per plant... best part was The cleaning wasn't that bad all the buds were tight and in close with each other just few sugar leafs and stems to clean off that was it. Better then trimming up a 9 Footer with pound and a quarter on it.... all Spread out miscellaneously top to bottom.
