I didn't Pre-soak my seeds!

Just wanted to share my experience with recent germination. First time I just put them in substrate. I was a nervous wreck for some reason even though I always felt bad handling a wet seed exposing the tap root to light and possible contamination. Any how, here's 9/9 seeds planted 20 days ago. All popped up

Nice I'm actually exactly 9 out of 9 germed too with planting directly into medium. Had to kill 2 herms but their replacements just popped up this morning.

WTG! I never soak seeds. I just wet them and plant them. And get damn near 100% germ rate Last year was 20/20

They look very healthy

Same here ,straight into kitchen paper in the old plates trick on a heat mat and BAM, seedlings the next day.

Well that's 38/38 directly in medium. Starting to see a trend...

Thanks ya'll, I didn't even wet them, right from seed pack too sub. This is my first grow in a looong time. I don't know what I was thinking in between grows, so friggin fun!! And I'm sober from alcohol.....finally I have a healthy addiction actually happy for the first time in awhile

That's great man. Nothing like replacing an addiction like alcoholism with something productive Congratulations and keep it up!

Thanks everybody for your positivity. I've never kept a journal considering all my last grows we're in Chicago, Illinois....started my first grow about ten years ago. I grew Paradise seeds: Magic Bud, it was the cheapest 5 pack of any feminine seed at the time through Dr. Chronic. Turned out to be a Great strain, I had a lot if fun with that STEALTH operation I'm looking forward to using regular seeds this time and having a space to start playing with breeding.

If that photo of the seeds is visible, those are all fem's I had ordered when I was living in a shoebox with no space for popping regular seeds. Now my place is about two shoebox' any input on which strains (from photo)to pop next I would appreciate. Thanks again for your support and friendliness....I'm gonna need it soon enough like Cassinf-O mentioned Talk about Troubleshooting!
