i am curious on what this in the picture could be. is it molybdenum or phosphorous issue?

this is a clone about a month along. i planted it in COCO COIR mixed with perlite and hydroton in a 50/25/25 ratio..or close to...
i have given this plant NO nutrients, just water filtered with a dechlorinator and PH downed.

i checked the thread on here for plant issues, and it could be a couple things.

i have not checked soil PH, done any extensive testing. my roomCAN sometimes get up to 85, but not for long.

really need to know what the deal is here.

and also can anyone recommend any good COCO nutes..

thank you all for your valuable input.

its not a nitrogen issue though. it could be mangenese or even magnesium, but its not a nitrogen loss. it gets watered nicely too.

How long have it been like this ?
Do you have other clones from the same mother ? And do you water and feed them with the same stuff ? Are they okey (other clones) ?

I had a plant look like this. cal mag and nitrogen deficiency was my problem. I gave it some azos and started it on dyna-gro's foliage pro and now it looks great.

I'm growing ak48, the last 2 I started one had this problem and it was getting the same treatment as the other. It just needed more nutes and tlc. the lower 3 nodes all died off. After the foliage-pro it turned around completely. That product has cal mag in it as well. Good for you doing your homework. Don't rush into treatment.

will that work for coco coir mediums? and what nutes would you recommend besides that for regular feeding?

Even though your a Troll, I'll Help you. :)

I would get some Cal/Mag give it to all your plants once a month 5ml. gallon.

Sure it will work in coco. I can't tell you what will work best in coco I just know my plant looked like yours and thats what fixed it. So feed it and wait. The damaged leaves won't repair so just watch the new growth get darker and the dying stop. If you have cal mag it should be in the medium where it will help, not in the bottle. That one plant might just need more nitrogen than the others.

troll, I'm asking a question, by all means don't reply or even look at the thread then..and 5ml of calmag is too much according to the calmag bottle I have. it says 2ml at max per gallon. thanks for the help. this is my first coco grow so I'm playing it safe, normally I grow outdoor so its a hard adjustment for me with a baby.. :/

I also switched from my 600w digital back to my 4ft 8 bulb T5, to reduce heat, and be less intense while recovering from the deficuency... fed it 2ml calmag last night after lights out while its root feeding..hoping for good results in the next few days. its a good cut so I really don't wanna lose it

Why are you ph downing and dechlorinating your water? Just extra labor, the soil is going to act as a buffer to any foreign additives.

because chlorinated water kills plants. my water comes out at 7.8, to not pH down and dechloinate would be stupid...

buy canna coco nutes, add them at 4ml per litre, issue solved.

if i ever have any kind of issues i up my base nutes and it goes away.

that coco is way too dry looking to me, that is definataey making matters worse

tryst that they aren't under watered, I water at the base of the plant and move soil to mix and cover it. it's a 7gallon pot.

Your not using Cal/Mag Plus. Right on.
Your mediums pH is probably off, locking out nutrients. pH should be 5.4 - 6.2 in CoCo Coir
Check Your Mediums pH.
