I cant figure out whats wrong?

I could use some help. my first set of fan leaves turned yellow died and fell off. Now some of the others a starting to turn yellow and brown. It hasnt grow at all in atleast a week. I think it my be in shock for a rough transplant a couple of days ago but i would like to be safe. She is going on her 3rd or 4th week and is only about 2 and ahalf inches tall, so i know she should be much bigger. I also put up a photo

flush it and dont give it any nutes. people wait till about 6th to 8th week before giving it nutes. and when you introduce the nutes give it a quarter strength then gradually work your way up to 1/2 strength. to flush your plant use 3 gals of water per 1 gal pot. put it in the tub and slowly water it with the three gallons and let it run out the bottom. it will eventually flush all the nutes out. then wait a month b4 giving it nutes.

one more thing, my pot is not a gallon, i think its only half a gallon. so i should only use about 1 1/2 gallons of water?
