For a CFL grow you are doing well, the plant is super compact with very close nodes.
Obviously you are keeping the light right where it should be, but I would be thinking of how to get more lighting in there as soon she's going to skyrocket. Particularly when she hits the 2 (ish) week flowering stretch after you go to 12/12.
Very nice looking indeed.

what great white north said, veg for another week or so. also, looks like a burn or deficiency, look at the deficiency chart or flush

I don't think it was your fan causing you problems - cannabis loves a breeze. I have 2 fans on 24/7 - a smallish one that is above the canopy and blows the hot air from the lights toward the exhaust duct & a large box fan just under the canopy blowing the same direction.
I think I'd like to hear about your soil, what kind is it & did you add anything to it? How about nutrients, have you started yet? Type & dosage. How much are you watering? She (we hope!) looks a bit heavy.
Over all it looks great, but a good tweak never hurt.

great white should i top it now or when i find the gender? thnx
How tall do you ultimately want to end up? If you're not doing a Christmas tree then I'd suggest using UB's topping technique - I'll see if I can find the link.
Got it: https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/151706-uncle-bens-topping-technique-get.html

Its a giant thread, but the first couple of pages should give you the gist of it.
Good luck bro.

I'll be around.

like i said it started as a curiosity but then i couldnt let her go.thats why i was unprepaired to get the rite nuts and soil. im using

miracle grow soil mixed with scotts potting soil

i bought mg nuts 12 4 8 i know its probably not rite

i mixed a tspn in a 9 L bucket of water and gave 1 dosage when the leaves were going yellow. maybe thats what fixed the yellowing leaves and i thought it was because i removed the fan.

about the watering part i have read and been told first most big mistake people do is over water. i only water when the top of soil is dry and crusty, i stick my finger about 2 inches to see how dry it is then i water. i say mabey every 4 days or more. but i do mist the leaves 1nce or 2wice a day.

greatwhite thanx for all your time i wish there was a way i could return the favour but i can pay it forward. thanx man

Pay it forward is my preferred method of reimbursement

I'm just kind of guessing here, but if you're about say 50/50 on your MG/Scotts then I'd go a bit easy on feeding. Most MG has time release ferts included so careful not to over do it. Speaking of nutes, you're going to need something different for flower - less N and more P and to a lesser extent more K as well.
I personally like bat guano as an amendment in flower in addition to the other goodies I add.

It sounds like your leaves were yellowing due to lacking N - not unusual, cannabis loves her Nitrogen, as for the fan, I'd put it back.
Peace

lollipop it to the max hit it hard with super cropping.... all over the next 2weeks...give it a rest for two weeks then flip them hard and fast in to 12/12. ;-)

id do as dannyboy said, topping can add days to your veg time since they focus energy on those new branches. however, be very careful when bending them, try to massage them with your thumb and middle/index finger and wait until the stem is flimsy.

I like my clones to have at least 3-4" of stem - so yes, it will be too short to clone, I just eat them.
You won't get buzzed, but it is tasty.

haha GWN you eat your smaller clones? interesting.. alright so obviously if you want more than an eighth you should veg longer, but if your going to veg longer I would say another 2-3 weeks if you want more towards an oz. than you should put the next few weeks to pure bulking out.. pick a method, they all have there pros and cons but pick one and stick too it.. If this is your first your not going to know which one works for you so just pick one and go

Scrog: at this point would probable take the longest because you want to fill out your screen which takes time for your side branches to catch up
Topping- pros: energy will be diverted straight to the branches to bush out. Cons: you just chopped off probably your largest/potent cola
Fim- pros: only partially cut off the top growth so you dont lose the main cola. Cons: it diverts more energy to your side branches but not entirely so they wont grow as quickly as topping
LST: pros: no chopping, keep all your branches and top cola, its a low stress so the plant doesnt need the day or two to re-vamp. Cons: for it to work you need to go in at least once a day and rearrange the tie downs..

Do some research on all of these and pick one if you have any questions, looks like u have a couple of followers to help so question away

IMO: I would lst its less risky, less stress, and will help you in the long run. What I would do is start with the top growth lightly tie a string the stem and carefully pull it down slightly so you make like an obtuse angle.. every day try to pull the string down a little more until its ALMOST 90 degree bend dont pull too hard just a little everyday will do.. after about 10 days you'll notice your side branches making a run for the light, in the plants mind these branches are now your new "top colas" once they get long enough start to spread those side branches in different directions.. your goal is to get the side branches at the same height and size or as close to it as possible to look like your main top cola.

And like I said do some more reading, you came this far!

I suppose I should clarify - I don't eat small clones, I eat the tops that are too small to make clones with.
And they are some good greens - try some in a Caesar salad, you might be surprised.
