I think whats going to happen.. legality wise with cannabis, is I don't see it ever being totally 100% legal for all states here in the United States.. I just don't see that happening.
However, I think I see a different scenerio now. I think what will eventually happen, if they dont start legalizing it at least for medicinal usage in more states.. and keep the ball rolling with that until all states are legalized for medicinal usage. If they it doesn't start and keep rolling.. and become legalized for medicinal usage in all states, I think the people that want really WANT or NEED to smoke cannabis.. I think those people (including myself) will start looking at different options that they have.
I think whats going to happen.. and it will take some time, but eventually you'll have people that smoke and want a legal way of getting the bud and smoking it legally.. all those people will be moving to all the different legalized states.. therefore increasing that particular states/city/towns revenue by who knows how much (would depend on amount of newcomers). So, that will lead to (eventually I'm sure) the popularity of those states/cities/towns and as the word spreads.. and people start hearing how great it is to live in a medicinal legal state.. you'll have even more people start moving out of their hometowns to move to the medicinal state(s).
It's just going to be a 'domino effect' I believe. See, once the word gets out.. and the individual non-legal states start seeing and hearing just how much money that the medicinal cannabis is being brought in by means of revenue from each customer.. I think you'll see alot more states following the legal states lead.. and going forth with legalizing cannabis for medicinal usage. I really don't think its a question of if that could happen.. I personally think its just a matter of time..
But we, as smokers and voters (those of legal age) have the free right to vote and sign petitions in order to push and push congress to get the ball rolling on legalizing cannabis for medicinal usage.. in each and every state of the U.S.A.
We're the force behind getting this done.. but we must do our part you guys. Otherwise we can all just kiss it all goodbye. So let's keep on keeping on.. and move forth and keep the issue of legalizing cannabis in all 50 states alive!!
