What's the issue? Just get a 200 amp box put in and then wire up everything for the grow once the box has been inspected. If asked why just explain you would like to have the added benefit of future expansion.

Then I have to run a larger wire from the service to the panel. Then I have take out the old and instal the new. Have an inspector check it then the utility comes back to turn it on. It cannot be done in a single day as the schedual is impossible. Theres snow outside and it will be 3 days no power

So are you going to get it done? Or just make do with what you have? Your house must be on the smaller side most homes at least the ones I’ve seen all have 200amp boxes. Well hopefully you get your setup how you want it.

It's a 2000 square foot house. I dont know if your from the states but your electric code is higher then here in toronto. And I'm definitely going to upgrade the panel. 2000 square feet is small but not for toronto.
