Hi guys I'm new here to the forum and was looking for help laying out my new space
Little about the project we planned on build a 2400 sqft steel building and with the existing 600 sqft garage would have been 3000 sqft of usable space.
Now this did not go to plan as you need a variance to the building permits to build somthing that big and it takes months before approval.
We landed on building what we are allowed before the variance which is 1000sqft building ontop of the 600 pre existing garage. (Still in hope of adding the other 1400 sqft if approved from city hall)
So to sum it up I have a 600 sqft garage with 120 amp panel and a 1000 sqft building being built will be insulated vapor barrier and 200 amp service ( water and gas will be installed as well )
Now I'm thinking 1000 w DE (open to brand)
Was thinking refridgeration pannels for the 1000 sqft strickly flower and doing poly with led for veg in the 600 sqft
If any one has ideas questions or is just down to help a brotha figure his shit out shoot me a reply
