I am Now Legal to Grow in AZ

How about something along the lines of finding some new friends for a case of "I thought it was your birthday, so I got you a little plant and some seeds..."
Ha ha that would be great. But as for legal reasons that would only work with qualified patients or caregivers in my situation. I wanna have strong genetics to take my grow to the next level. But obtaining them legally is the hard part. I mean I can bring a ton back from Cali but that wouldn't be legal in Arizona's eyes. So anyone hear of anything yet?

How do you figure ordering online is legally the same as buying in state? I think both the Sate and the Faggoty ass Feds would beg to differ. That being said, I have no idea how (if you ordered seeds) they would have any idea.

Very true but being a caregiver in Arizona it states in the law that you have to have full genetics on the plants and where you got them from. You have to let the Arizona Department of Health know all of this info. If not you won't be able to grow. That being said, you have to state where you obtained them from. If you ordered them online, yes technically you bought them here, but they were from the UK. Grown over there and sent to us here. I am just trying to be cautious as Arizona doesn't seem that they are going to be as "laid back" as California. I have been browsing on the AZCS as well and if you are CSA certified there are people in Arizona already selling clones and seeds. Maybe that is the route to go :)

They should have advertising for MD's who can help with your Physician's Certification. We went to Arizona Compassionate Alternatives, in Tempe (Judy Spillman, 303-882-5132).

Make sure you have all you med. records that deal with your condition.
I was just researching the qualifications to get my medical card and I was wondering if there were rigorous steps to go through. Cause when I was in high School I messed my knee up pretty bad. I get sharp pains from time to time. I do have my medical records of the MRI's and what not and I have muscle spasm. I want to get a card to help me and to not be fucked with by the police. Can you recommend a Physicians Certification. All advice is Helpful. Haha I live in West Phoenix also.
