I am not able to add friends or send private messages....?

Joined like a week ago. When clicking on to a members avatar, it drops open a window showing different things such as if you want to send a private message or add this member to your block, but my account does not show these options......?.... I have asked a few days back, but told stuff like I would have to wait something like 48 hour waiting period. Also told that it's a number of posts (but no one really knew how many) that I have to have first before receiving theses member actions. Can some one please tell where / what setting do I have to do to correct this. Or where on this site that I can find section to contact someone who real knows the system and what I need to do. Thank you for any and all help.

you have to be here for so long and have x amount of posts m8 before you can do either of those things..

we don't give these numbers out as then the spammers would know this info, but just be patient, post and enjoy the site, and soon enough you'll have full access to everything the site has to offer..
