Professional athletes are not allowed to give diluted samples via pounding water. If the clear urine samples don't raise a red flag with whoever is collecting them then you have to go that route. That's a no brainer.

Drink lots of water especially just before test. So I’m talking 2 litres an hour minimum for 3 hours before. And just general drink as much as u can in the days leading up to it. TRUST ME I KNOW FROM JAIL

Nobody mentioned a magnum drink? Drink that and fill it with water after, drink that too. First 3 pisses are dark yellow, then you are clear the rest of the day. Did it all through family court. Get the shampoo if they go for a hair follicle test. Works like a charm. 6 piss tests and 3 hair follicle tests. X had to pay for every one of them, and get hers done too. Every time. Idiot

What's your body type and body fat index. If your petite 10day for and occasionally user is plenty. When I was on probation I would smoke daily for 3 weeks and give myself 10days and always was fine. If your heavy set it will take longer. Lots of sweat water and antioxidants will help speed up the process

Hour or so before you go, drink a whole gallon of water and make sure to go to bathroom twice second time will be clear, then go to take test you will have to go again to bathroom but hold it till test and will come out really clear this time from all water. Will pass if it's ok if comes up diluted won't show any THC though.

Get clean pee put it in a small santiter bottle tape the neck and get it warm put the top through your fly and sweeze it out in the cup works 100% of the time! I did that for 6 months!

Years ago I applied for a transportation department job and they did a drug screen. At that time I was clean. I ran 3 miles daily 5 days per week and didnt smoke weed. Pretty athletic. The morning of the test I had coffee at home and then stopped at a fast food drive thru and got another cup of coffee and then went to the test. I failed due to it being dilute. My point is some companies have stricter policies and I guess if it's dilute it raises suspicion enough that its considered a fail. Their call.
