I Am Going Crazy!

I have been fighting these small black flying bugs for months now. I think they are fungal gnats from organic miracle grow i shouldn't have ever used. So they finally disappeared after using sticky traps hung from ceiling and placed in pots, a pyrethrim spray, and bacillus cereus in soil. I thought i won. WRONG!
I also thought the larvae only lived in soil and ate dead roots and fungus.

I noticed on all my plants these small white streaks i leaves. I looked underneath and saw little worm like creatures crawling under leaves! What is going on? A new bug or fungal gnat larvae?

They are on my flowering plants as well and I think i am just going to stick it out and bomb everything after harvest. Is that my only option?

Please help me! I can't afford to lose my strains. I'm talking hawaiian snow, sage wreck, chocolate chunk, and a cali medical.

I'm confused... You worried about the strips in a flowering room? There is ZERO issue. Heck, you aren't putting anything on the plant. The biggest issue is the pyrethrim spray but from what I've heard (and label says) it should degrade in about 3 days.

I think it says you can't put around edible plants. I don't remember though. I don't spray my flowers with anything on veggie.
